How the CEO Blueprint uses your details.
Your birth details are used once to write your reading, and then they are gone. Your name and email stay on our contact list so we can send it.

Asking for a reading takes three steps.
Step one: your first name and email
We save these as soon as you send them. If you stop before the end, we still have them, and we may email you about finishing your reading. We keep them until you ask us to delete them, or until you unsubscribe and we no longer need them. We need them to give you the reading you asked for (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
If you tick the box for Simone's emails about selling, we record that choice and send you those emails. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw that consent at any time (Article 6(1)(a)).
Step two: four optional answers about your business
Where your work comes from now, what feels hardest, what you want next, and how long you have been in business. Each one is picked from a list, and you can skip all of them. They shape your reading, and they tell us what is useful to send you afterwards. They are kept with your name and email, until you ask us to delete them or you unsubscribe.
Step three: your birth date, time and city
These are used to calculate your chart and write your reading. That is the only use. They exist only while your reading is being made and sent, which takes seconds. They are never saved to a database, a file or our records, and they never reach our contact list.
When you type your birth city, we look it up in a list of places stored on our own server. Your city is not sent to any map or location service. The place list comes from GeoNames (geonames.org).
Because we delete your birth details, we cannot send the same reading again later. Please keep the email.
What else we keep.
For each reading we keep a short record: an internal contact number and the time it was sent, so that each person gets one free reading. It holds no name, email or birth details.
Our server sees your IP address and the pages you ask for, which keeps the site running and stops automated abuse. We count how often each address sends the forms and forget those counts within an hour. The site does not record what you type into the forms, and it sets no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
Who else sees your information.
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) holds our contact list and sends our emails. It receives your first name, email, your email choice, your answers about your business, and labels such as "reading sent". Never your birth details or your reading.
- Resend sends your reading. It receives your first name, email and your reading, and keeps a copy for 30 days to show it was delivered.
- Render runs this website. Everything passes through it while your reading is made, along with its server logs.
All three are in the United States. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. See the SimoneCR privacy policy for how we protect information that leaves the EU or the UK.
Your rights, and the small print.
You can ask to see what we hold, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, take a copy elsewhere, or object to how we use it. Email hello@simonecr.com and we answer within one month. Because the birth details are already deleted, what we hold is your first name, your email, your email choice, any answers you gave about your business, and the record that your reading was sent.
The CEO Blueprint is for adults. Your reading is made automatically from your birth details and your answers, using fixed calculations and pre-written text. It is for reflection and business ideas, and it makes no decision about you that has legal or similar effects.
