Sell the way you're built to · Hold your price · Build the business you actually want

See how you're built to sell, price and lead, so your business stops waiting on you.

Your CEO Blueprint will show you how you sell, what you can charge, how you decide and what you should stop carrying. So you can run your company on the way you're actually built, instead of a method that was made for somebody else.

Sound familiar?

You're working this hard and getting results, just not the ones you wanted.

Say you run a business that's doing well enough that people keep telling you how well it's doing. You work hard and the results come, and they're still not the results you actually wanted.

You price the way you were told to price, and the number still comes out lower than it should. You sell the way the course said to sell, and the clients you win aren't the ones you wanted. You work the hours everybody says an owner works, and the thing you meant to build this year has moved to next month twice.

So you try harder, because trying harder is what you know how to do, and the results stay roughly where they were.

That isn't a discipline problem, and it doesn't mean you're bad at running a company.

It means you're following a blueprint that was built for somebody else. Everything you learned about selling, pricing and running a week came from people who are built differently from you, and it works beautifully for them. Working harder at somebody else's method just gets you further down somebody else's road. Most advice for owners never gets near this, because it's written about the business rather than about the person running it.

Hi, I'm Simone.

I spent years as a CFO for business owners, and they usually called me at the same moment. The books were a mess, or they were getting ready to raise money, or they were making a lot and still running out of cash. What they wanted wasn't a report. They wanted peace, profit and a lot less chaos.

Then in 2018 I burned out. I'd built something that worked and it was taking every hour I had, and I had to rebuild myself before I could rebuild the business. That's when I started paying attention to the part of strategy that nobody puts in a plan, which is the leader.

I'm a business and finance expert with close to 20 years of advising behind me, and I've lived and worked in more than 40 countries.

Your inner strategy is just as important as your outer strategy.

A business that pays you well but takes every hour you have isn't wealth yet. So I don't use hustle tactics or fear-based urgency, because a plan that only works when you're running on empty isn't really a plan.

The method

Every business runs on four architectures, and the weakest one sets your ceiling.

  • Your financial architecture is what you charge, what you keep and what you can see coming.
  • Your sales architecture is how the work arrives and how it gets won.
  • Your operational architecture is how the work gets done once somebody says yes.
  • Your leadership architecture is you, which means how you decide, what you believe and what you'll put up with.

Most owners work on one at a time, and that's usually why growth stalls, because the four move together. You can have the best offer in your market and still run out of money, and you can have clean books and still take on work that empties you.

The leadership one is the one almost nobody maps, and it decides the other three.

How it works

Three steps, and you'll know what to change by the end of the week.

  1. 1

    Tell me about your business.

A few quick questions about where you are and who does your selling, plus your birth date, time and city. Your answers decide which parts you get, so what lands is about your situation instead of a general one.

  2. 2

    Understand your blueprint.

You'll see how you're built to sell, price and decide, and which of those is costing you right now. It's written in plain words, so you don't need to know anything about charts to use it.

  3. 3

    Make the change.

Your reading ends with one move worth making this month, chosen for you rather than for owners in general. You'll know what to do differently and why it should work better for you.

What's inside

You'll see four dimensions of how you lead and sell, read from your own chart.

Your reading covers all four, and the ones that matter most for you come first.

Authority

How you're built to make a call and make it stick.

  • The way you're meant to decide, read straight from your chart, which is the most useful thing in here.
  • The way of deciding that keeps going wrong for you, and what to do instead of it.

Sales

The selling you're built for, and the selling that will drain you.

  • The kind of sales conversation that works for you, however good anybody else's script is.
  • The visibility that actually works for you, so you stop pouring effort into the kind that was never going to.

Money

What you can charge, and what makes your price bend.

  • How you hold a number, and the moment in a conversation where it usually slips.
  • What happens after somebody says yes, because that's where the money is either kept or lost.

Leadership

Where you're pointed, and what you should stop carrying.

  • Whether you're building the business you actually want, and what to do when a good offer pulls you off it.
  • The work that was never yours to hold, whether you hand it to a person, give it to a tool or simply stop doing it.
  • What an ordinary week does to the thing that matters most, and the rhythm you can actually keep.

Your strengths, and one move to make this month

Every strength named in one place, the one spot where you're working hardest for the least return, and a single thing to change. If somebody else does your selling, what your chart says about selling becomes a brief for them instead of a plan for your own week.

What becomes possible

Imagine selling the way you're built to, charging what the work is worth, and letting the rest go.

  • You sell in the way that actually works for you, so the conversations stop feeling like a performance you have to get through.
  • You say your price and let it sit there, because you know what makes it bend and you planned for it.
  • You put down the work that was never yours to carry, whether that means hiring it out, buying a tool or just stopping.
  • You say no to a good offer that doesn't fit what you're building, because you wrote down what you're building.
  • You build the next year around the two or three things you're genuinely excellent at, instead of around a list of what you think an owner is supposed to do.

That isn't a different person. That's you, with the instructions finally written for you.

These are from clients who've worked with me. The CEO Blueprint is new, so once people have read theirs, I'll put what they say here instead.

The CEO Blueprint is for you if you run the business and you're the one who decides.

Entrepreneurs, coaches, consultants and agency owners, whether you've got a team around you or you're doing every bit of it alone.

  • You want to charge what the work is actually worth, and to say the number without flinching.
  • You want selling to stop feeling like a performance you have to get through.
  • You want to build the business you pictured when you started, rather than the one that grew up around you.
  • You need a way of selling that fits how you're built, instead of a script that was written for somebody else.
  • You need a price you can hold when the person in front of you pushes on it.
  • You need to know which decisions are genuinely yours, and which ones you can put down.
  • You want to trust your own judgment again, instead of checking it against everybody else's first.
  • You want to stop wondering whether you're doing this wrong.
  • You want time that's actually yours, and a business that keeps moving when you step back from it.

Get started today

Every month you run it on somebody else's method, it costs you.

You pay for it in the price you didn't hold, in the clients who were never a fit for you, and in the year you meant to build and keep putting off.

Your CEO Blueprint will show you how you're built to sell, price and decide.

Questions people ask

Is the CEO Blueprint really free?

Yes, and there's nothing to buy on this page and no card to enter.

Is the CEO Blueprint astrology?

Partly, and it says so. Your type, your profile, your way of deciding and every planet's position are calculated, so they'd come out the same whoever did the arithmetic. Everything after that is a reading rather than a measurement, because linking it to how you lead and sell is my interpretation. Use it the way you'd use a good conversation about yourself.

Do I need to know my Human Design or my chart first?

You don't. You only need your birth date, time and city, and the reading explains everything in plain words.

What if I don't know my exact birth time?

You need it to the minute for the reading to be right, because the chart moves quickly. Your birth certificate is the usual place to find it.

Does the CEO Blueprint work if somebody else does my selling?

Yes, and that's the point of the question about who sells. The chart reads the same either way. What changes is what you're told to do with it, so an owner with a sales team gets a hiring brief where an owner who sells gets a plan for her week.

What if I'm new in my business?

It's most useful once you have something running and people around you. If you're just starting, you'll still get something from it, and the parts about handing work over won't apply yet.

What happens to my birth details?

They're used to build your reading and then they're gone. They're never written to a database, never put in a log and never sent to my email tool. Your name and your email are kept, and your birth details aren't.
